Both are ideal for handling any coat type and easily clip through thick, coarse and matted coats. Although they have similar body designs and power, the KM cordless is set apart by it's corded and cordless capability (use this clipper while corded or cordless) and 2 hour cordless run time.

What blades can I use with my KM Cordless?

The Wahl Animal KM Cordless is compatible with all detachable “A5 style” blades, but your Wahl products perform best with Wahl blades! To ensure your blades are performing at their highest quality, always remember to clean and oil your blades.

What type of battery does the KM Cordless use?

The KM Cordless is built with a Lithium Ion battery to power the motor.

How do you use detachable blades and attachment guide combs on the KM Cordless?

Wahl’s detachable blades are created to quickly snap onto Wahl’s detachable blade clippers, including the KM Cordless and many more.

To Remove Detachable Blade:

Step 1) Push in blade release

Step 2) Pull blade away from the clipper

Step 3) Pull off blade lever

To Attach Detachable Blade:

Step 1) Slide onto blade lever

Step 2) Turn clipper on

Step 3) Snap into place

Wahl's Stainless Steel Attachment Guide Combs are a great accessories to providing 8 additional color-coded cut lengths ranging from 1/8 " to 1" cut lengths.

To Attach Stainless Steel Attachment Guide Comb:

Step 1) Hook comb under blade

Step 2) Slide up over blade teeth

To Remove Stainless Steel Attachment Guide Comb:

Step 1) Lift comb over blade teeth

Step 2) Pull away from the blade
